Recommendations for participation in the competition were given to talented women wishing to get higher education within the framework of admission rates on the basis of additional state grants allocated to higher educational institutions of the republic.

Recommendation criteria:
  • women from low-income families;
  • women who grew up in an incomplete family, that is, whose father or mother died;
  • daughters of single women (men) raising two or more children under the age of 14 and living separately from other relatives;
  • families without their own housing and living in rented housing;
  • one or both parents are unemployed and registered with job centers as job seekers;
  • women from families with disabled children;
  • districts with a lower than the national average coverage of women with higher education twice or more, as well as girls from families living in remote and hard-to-reach areas (provided that they work on their territory for 3 years). 

The recommendation is given to women wishing to obtain higher education for a period not exceeding 3 years.

  • A working group will be set up to make recommendations to women.

District (city) mahalla and family support departments submit documents of women to the Ministry of Support of Mahalla and Family of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional and Tashkent city departments of mahalla and family support until May 10 of each year.

Submitted documents:
  • documents confirming one of the criteria (with attachments);
  • reference;
  • a certificate from an institution of general secondary education or secondary specialized, vocational education;
  • copies of passport or birth certificate.

The requirement to submit other documents not specified above is prohibited.

The list of women recommended for participation in the competition for additional admission rates will be submitted to the State Testing Center by June 15 of each year and will be published on the official website of the Ministry of Support of Mahalla and Family.

Women with a recommendation of at least 30 percent of the maximum possible score in the entrance examinations are recommended for admission in accordance with an additional four percent admission rate on the basis of government grants, subject to strict adherence to the scoring sequence.
