• applying to law enforcement agencies with a request to issue a protection order, and in case of violation of the conditions of the protection order, notifying them about it;
• applying to the court with an application for compensation for material damage caused to him as a result of pressure and violence, as well as compensation for moral damage.

• treatment of a victim of harassment and violence;
• messages from individuals or legal entities;
• direct identification of the facts of harassment or violence or attempts to commit them by employees of the competent authorities and organizations;
• materials of state bodies and other organizations.

The competent authorities and organizations that protect women from harassment and violence are obliged to immediately notify the relevant law enforcement authorities in the event of harassment and violence.
