An unemployed woman, a jobseeker or a woman without a regular source of income may contact the mahalla women’s activist, the assistant to the hokim or the district/city poverty reduction and employment department.

The training field is selected according to the woman’s interests and abilities, available vacancies and local labour-market demand.
Training costs for women included in the “Women’s Register” or identified as unemployed may be covered through a state order, voucher, grant or the State Employment Promotion Fund.
Training funds are not paid to the woman in cash. They are transferred to cover the relevant educational organisation’s costs.
After completing a course, the woman may receive assistance with employment, self-employment or starting a business. Where the statutory conditions are met, she may also apply for a subsidy to purchase equipment and work tools.
