In accordance with the Decree, starting from April 1, 2021:

• the number of young people sent to study in magistracy and doctoral studies in foreign universities through the El-Yurt Umidi Foundation will be increased fivefold;
• a system of undergraduate education abroad will be introduced at the expense of the Fund, and in 2021, 100 young people will be sent abroad;

Programs will be developed to improve the quality and effectiveness of education in physics and foreign languages.

In addition, from July 1, 2021, nursing staff are allowed to independently engage in “nursing”.

By the end of 2021, 900 full orphans - graduates of Mehribonlik houses, in need of housing, will be provided with housing.

In 2021, 22 kindergartens, 31 new schools, 16 HEIs, 24 health care facilities and 23 sports facilities will be built.

A Children's Support Fund will be created with the allocation of 100 billion soums from the State budget.
